Blog Posts Aren't Showing Up On Blog Page

I run a small SEO company and my website (www.frontpagemarketingseo.com) has a frustrating problem in which when I make a blog post, it doesn’t go to the blog. I tried editing my main index template by way of copying the loop code from my page template into my main index template, but that just caused the blog posts to show up on my home page, which is not what I wanted. I’ve also tried installing the post page associator plugin which did not work either. It’s of crucial importance that I get my blog posts to show up on the blog page, but nothing I’ve tried as work. Does anyone out there know what I can do about this?
