Blog Posts aren’t showing a Summary

    Hi,

    I’m having trouble getting my Blog page to show a summary of each post where the user can click ‘continue reading’ and then the full exert will show. Right now, the entire text is showing despite having the Settings > Reader settings > For each article in a feed, show: > Summary (and not Full Text)

    I’m concerned with the words article in a feed. Do my posts within the Blog page count as articles in a feed? If not, how can I achieve the goal outlined above?

    Nevermind! I found it.

    For those who also are wondering this:

    Go to Appearance, Customize, Layout Options.

    Check the box: Display the excerpt instead of the content.
