It does appear that it isn’t in the theme to be included loosely, because it seems the other pages are created with elementor, and that one is not.
Ideally- you’ll redo the page in elementor instead, as the others were.
Although messy and not ideal, you can manually add it if it’s important to you, though. It may seem daunting, but you don’t need much knowledge to do it. You’ll want to make changes in a child-theme. Keep in mind, you really don’t need to know the code in detail. You can copy and paste the differences themselves by singling them out in the home page’s code. (use that format, not Gut’s) Do keep in mind that what you know as the “header” isn’t named as such and it is a direct child of the body element. Therefore, searching for “the header” won’t help.
div class=”elementor-background-overlay and the contents is what you want.
