blog post text squished tight together

Hello,
I have started a new website, using one of the preformatted templates from the premium version (unfortunately I no longer have the license key now for premium help).

It looks like a pretty good template, but when writing my first blog post, the text all seems squished together, like it was meant for mobile, but I dont want it to look like that on pc/laptop, but more expanded with longer sentences.

I have tried customizing it (layout, container), but that doesn’t change much, the text remains squished together.
How do I solve this problem please?
