Blog post permalinks inoperable due to extra characters being added.

    Hey folks! I’ve got a custom theme that is adding ” title=” after the single blog post’s permalink, resulting in a 404 error. I’ve run through the single.php & index.php but I can’t see why this would be added in. Permalinks are set to post name.
