Blog Post Page no comments display

  • Using BoldGrid Post and Page Builder Creo Theme. The Blog page shows the blog title and the entire blog post but no comments or ability to comment. I accidentally discovered that clicking the post title opened up a new page where there is an ability to comment and my test comment shows. It may confuse users who would like to comment after reading to have to go to a different page. How can I have my blog post page display title, blog post, AND allow comments as a single long scrolling page?

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Just go to your wp-admin, and then go to Settings > Reading and set “For each post in a feed, include” to “Excerpt”. This should fix the problem.
