blog post order and category

  • Hello, I have 2 questions:

    1. How can I make the posts on the posts/blog page appear in alphabetical order by title and not by post date?

    2. How can we filter our categories under the post title so that it will only show a specific category? For instance, if we enable categories in the Customizer it will appear as:

    post Title
    category 1, category 2, category 3, category 4, category 5 (all the categories for this post)
    entry content

    but we would like it to show as,

    post Title
    category 4
    entry content

    update: I found the answer for #1

    Hi @gracey,

    Good to know you have figured out query #1.

    And regarding the categories under the post title, all the categories where the post is added on, will be displayed there. That’s how it works. If you would like only one category is displayed under the post title, then you might consider adding the post only under one category.
