For this follow the steps given below

First of all, you create category.php file in the appointment-green child theme package,

After that, copy the code of this link:- https://pastebin.com/DvyXtU5i and paste it into the category.php file.

Now you check your website.

It′s almost great. Now I have two articles in one row and in second row I have just one article on the right side.

For this use below code in custom css filed ( Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed )

When I open it in my browser ( logged as admin ) it′s ok, but when I open it in inkognito mode its still the same as it was before.
