    After updating to version 3.3.1, two of my websites have broken Dashboards. Upon logging into one website, the entire dash is broken, looking like a scrolling list, with no functions operational. The other website Dashboard area looks normal until I try to make a blog post. At that point, I get the same broken, long, scrolling screen as I the other website. Both sites were fine until after the update. I did not receive any error messages during the update process. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

    Same problem here. I was hollering at my hosting company thinking they we jacking me around – but no, they are not. WordPress issue it seems.

    So, what is going to be done about this? Real pain for those of us that love and live by WordPress:)

    I use Shopaserver and the support people there can fix, but why should they have to?

    Come on WordPress guru’s, help us out, please.

    I’m having this issue on some sites and not on others. I suspect it has something to do with server configuration but haven’t been able to track down exactly what is causing it so far. The problem is admin-bar is omitted from load= line in the code below.

    <link rel='stylesheet' href='load-styles.php?c=1&dir=ltr&load=wp-admin' type='text/css' media='all' />

    To solve the problem temporarily I’ve added the following to line 85 of wp-admin/admin-header.php

    ?>
    <link rel='stylesheet' href='load-styles.php?c=1&dir=ltr&load=admin-bar,wp-admin' type='text/css' media='all' />
    <?php

    If I figure out exactly what’s causing this issue I’ll post the solution here.

    Thanks vtcomputerguy!

    Same here, does not happen all the time for me either.

    On one host they say it is a WordPress issues, but they will not tell me what is done on their end to fix. So tells me it is their server config.

    Next time I do install, will try your fix.

    Just following up in hopes this will help others having the same issue. I updated to WordPress 3.3.2 using a manual install via FTP. I then logged back in to my WordPress dashboard and refreshed and the dashboard was back to normal. Seems this must have been a bug in 3.3.1.
