Blog post in full

Hi,
I am using the premium.
have set the home page to the latest posts.I need the home page to show the post in full as in https://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/blog-full/.
I have clicked the “full” option in the wordpress writing options, but did not work. Also, where I can set the posts displat to 2, 3, columns?
Please advise.
