Blog page title not showing up in browser title bar

Hello,

Using the /options/reading/ preferences page, I set one page as my static “Front” page and created a blank page with the title “Blog” to assign to all my blog postings. The blog page looks fine, except that I can’t figure out how to get the page title to show up in the browser title bar. When the page loads, the space left of the pipe (|) is blank but the site name shows up on the right just fine. I suspect I need to edit the code in header.php, but so far I’ve had no luck.
