Blog page shows same 10 posts over and over again

My blog: https://summercushman.com/blog (I use headway theme)

My blog page displays 10 posts. At the bottom you have options to see newer or older posts. But when you select those options, it just takes you to another page with the exact same 10 posts.

I have no idea how to fix this issue and would appreciate any help! I’m not a programer, so I need help that I can understand. (I wish I had mad coding skills…).
