Blog page on current website

I’ve picked my theme for the blog and it seems that it was supposed to integrate into my existing website which I tried without a glitch. When I went to check my website, I only saw my current web pages.

Do I have to put a link from the index.html file to the new blog file? If so, where do I find the name/url of the blog page to use?
