Blog page not right

Hello,

My blog posts page is not acting normally. When viewed, the page has the word “archives” on it, however, when I go to edit, the name is listed as “blog.”

I am not able to edit my blog posts. When I go to Edit with Elementor, the selections are header, footer, site settings, and theme builder. None of these will edit the posts. Under Customize – reading, my blog page is set.

I want to add a picture with each blog post and change the way my posts look. Do I need a plug-in for this?
