Blog page menu link to Home page

Hi, I’m new here and hope some of you guys can help me.

I have a Home page with header menu buttons set up as Anchor links except for the Blog page.

I’m needing the Blog page menu button links to be a standard or static link so I can link them back to the Home page. Is there a way I can create a static link on the Blog page menu buttons (not anchor links)?
