Hi, I need help please. I’m working on a blog site. I have it set-up for the front page to display my latest blog posts. No problem there. I’ve added a page titled blog. When I click on ‘Blog’in the menu, it takes me to a different blog page with a different theme (Twenty Seventeen I think) than what I have set-up. I’m not sure what is going on. I’ve deleted the theme Twenty Seventeen but that didn’t do anything. How do I get the ‘blog’ menu item to take me back to my blog instead of that other page?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • It looks like you have another WordPress install inside a /blog folder. You’ll need to delete or rename that folder. You can do this via FTP, or possibly your web hosts control panel. You’ll probably need to contact them to find the best way to do this.

Jacob, this was extremely helpful! I’ve renamed the ‘Blog’ folder and it worked. Easy and it took no time! Thanks a bunch! Now I might go and delete it.

    Have a great day!
