    Hi,

    I see the News page now. What is outstanding?

    I haven’t seen an issue before with Jetpack and static pages and Jetpack doesn’t touch that part of WP. If you have an existing page and have it set via Settings->Reading as being the posts page while another existing page is set to be the Front Page it should work, assuming there isn’t a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    Hey Brandon,

    The NEWS page is there, but it’s blank. It would normally show a list of available posts. I want to know if there’s something in the Jetpack files that I can edit to make sure it calls out NEWS as the “posts page”.

    I rewrote the index file to reflect the static page I needed because without it, posts were showing up, and the client didn’t want that.

    Hi,

    This wouldn’t be anything part of Jetpack, as far as I know. Within WordPress, the Settings->Reading page could be used to set News as the posts page.

    WordPress, by default, adds a body class of home to the front page and blog to the posts page (or both if Settings->Reading is set to have latest posts on the home page).

    With Custom CSS, you can target those pages with body.home and body.blog respectively.
