    I see that WP auto P tags are in place here as this is the code from the site if I open up the source:

    <div class="entry-content">

    FYI – I did install the ‘noautop” plugin but apparently this plugin is not working with the latest version of WP as they are still present. Any ideas on how to fix this Caption problem?

    I have also disabled all of my plugins, cleared both the site and browser cache and still the same issue… the actual post page is fine just no image on the blog page and this:

    [caption id="attachment_129" align="alignleft" width="225"] High school activities.[/caption]

    I went back and installed the TwentyThirteen theme and tested the same page without code changes and it began working…. this is definitely theme related.. please advise on how to fix.

    You need to set a featured image for the post for an image to show up on your category page.
