Blog Page 2 (next page) buttons no longer work

I recently took over a position for another designer; she designed that entire website and the blog within. I will admit to ACCIDENTALLY deleting the blog, but restored it right away, but after I restored it, the next page buttons continually go back to the one page. The blog posts are all still there, and can be gotten to by clicking through an individual post next (if you go here https://lsiowa.org/index.php/refugee/birding-class/#.UazHgJXibGs ), you just cannot see the overview of posts.

I am new to coding for WordPress, and only know the basics of a custom template; if anyone has a clue as to what went wrong I would greatly appreciate the tips. The coding should all be intact from the original coder – just whatever the ‘trash’ bin did to it.
