• I want the blog to appear on the page named “Coble Blog,” but when I copy and paste the URL in the “Options” portion for the page to be uploaded to and try to upload, I get an error message. I think it’s because WordPress adds a “/” at the end of the URL which goofs it up. When I erase the last forward slash, it takes me to the right page.

Also, my website will be article based. Can I write articles and upload them to the particular page? If so, how do I do it without getting the error message mentioned above.

    Thanks, Jeff

Oh, my website is runwithperseverance.com (if that makes a difference).

Can I write articles and upload them to the particular page?

It doesn’t rwally matter how you call them – they are posts in a WP installation.
That’s a very ackward approach: uploading… where? what?
Why not just write the articles?

And don’t mess with the two URI values in the Options page! They are not for putting there totally unrelated URIs.

If you want your posts/articles to be displayed on another page and not the index > create that Page with the Write > Write Page menu; then go to Options > Reading and select it as your frontpage. It’s that simple.
