Blog not there????

I have a blog. I am on the dashboard. Actually I have 2 blogs. one in one site and then I uploaded wordpress in the other site. The second site is not working. Even if I try to log into wordpress, it wont let me log in.

I am totally confused on why this blog is not working:
https://shop-silicone-bakeware.com/blog will not work for me. Plus the RSS feed is not there/blog/?feed=rss it wont find it.
