Blog not sending email to subscribers

I have had 2 issues for about 3 months now. https://www.poeticaperture.com/

1. My subscribers are not getting new blog posts emailed to them. This began a few months ago. I temporarily resolved it by contacting BlueHost and changing my email address to [email protected] instead of using my yahoo address. We also tried a few new plugins to send via SMTP rather than PHP. However, since doing that, I get an email several times a day telling me I have a new subscriber, which has got to be false. I was putting up with that until this Monday, when new posts stopped being sent out again. Please help! I am incredibly frustrated.

2. Also 3 months ago, I stopped receiving comment notifications via email, so that I have no idea when someone leaves a comment. Yes, all the appropriate boxes are checked in Jetpack.

This morning I downloaded Jetpack Beta and created a test post, but that didn’t go out either. It’s posted on my site, but was not emailed out to subscribers.

Please help!
