• 1st off, my adult-themed NSFW blog does NOT get very highly detailed feedback/comments. However, I’m getting alot of reports that they cannot get the page to load in IE, but can in Firefox just fine. They say that it tries to load but then gives ‘cannot connect to page’ error in IE.

All my pages and posts validate w/out problems and I do not have overflow:hidden in my CSS anywhere. Can ANYONE help with this? It’s apparently has been happening for almost 20 days now!

    Thankyou!

  • Does your css validate? Just looked. There are 13 errors.

    Maybe fix those first?

Sorry for not getting back to this for so long, but have been switching domains and hosts as part of a fix for these problems. I STILL think many are having problems getting to my site via older versions of IE…

As far as CSS fixes go, I’m about 99.9% ignorant of how to approach them.

    Any hints or tips?

    THANK YOU!

Well the link above tells you which lines of code are the problem. But taking a glance at the css it would seem that some of them at least are meant to be some kind of hack (for IE). So maybe that’s not the problem anyway. On the other hand maybe it is — these are not hacks I’ve seen before.

And I’m afraid I don’t have any other thoughts at the moment. Your html seems to validate — or at least the home page does. I presume you’ve checked other pages?
