Blog not coming up, cant get into admin

  • I have had a WP blog for 3 years now and have rarely had problems. I have fantastico that updates all major upgrades regularly and still rarely have problems. 2 days ago my blog stopped loading. I cannot get into my admin either to check plugins. Has there been recent upgrade to WP? Can anyone help me?

    I cant even remember what the url is for the admin login … I used a link from my site for so long. I have tried mydomain.com/wp_admin and mydomain.com/admin. I tried them and my site did not load either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Login could be yourdomain.com/wp-login.php or yourdomain.com/somefolder/wp-login.php

    I’m having the same problem, from the sound of it. I go to my usual:

    …/wp-admin/post.php

    as always, but now all that comes up is a blank page, even though I can see the site itself just fine. I looked around in the directory with my FTP app, but all the files seem to be intact, and nothing’s been edited since 2005.

    So if nothing’s moved or changed, why can I no longer log in?
