The plugin shouldn’t create any issues at all, as it just change a menu_order value. Probably you use a hardcode routine on your theme which fetch certain posts by this attribute, now if they are updated it can’t find anything.
You should reset your posts menu_order attribute to 0 (default) through phpMyAdmin or any database management utility.

Thank you for your help ??

I can not find a posts menu-order attribute with phpMyAdmin.

    How do I find it?
