Blog move, permalink structure changed, how to replace?

Hi, I recently moved my blog over from https://www.treespacestudio.com/blog to https://www.amytwon.com/travelogue using the native wordpress import/export feature.

My old blog had a permalink structure with dates in it : https://www.treespacestudio.com/blog/2016/04/28/secret-world-artist-not-magic/ and the new post URL is this : https://www.amytwon.com/secret-world-artist-not-magic/ (no dates).

How do I search and replace since the dates will all be different for different posts?

Also, my blog import didn’t seem to import the images over even though I’m pretty sure I chose that option. The images came in but are all linked to the old site. How do I avoid replacing these images with the wrong URL, or do I have to take care of this problem first?
