Blog menu on homepage

How can I add Blog menu tab on my homepage? I did all the instructions told me to do but I can’t see the HOME in Settings > Reading > A homepage display in the ‘A static page’ dropdown. If I can’t do it how else can I add the Blog menu on my home page. By the way, I do not want my homepage showing all my blog posts. I want my homepage to stay just adding blog tab in my primary menu. Hope I am making myself clear.
