Blog List widget doesn't display links to more pages at bottom

I’m not sure if it’s an included feature but there is an option to choose how many post can be displayed per page. So I assume the feature is included
I am trying to display the latest posts on the blog page. It displays the latest 10 posts but there is no option to move to the next page of posts. Is that normal?
