Blog links not loading anything

    I am working off a template monster template and I have a blog page with all the posts & then a homepage with 2 blog posts. When you click “read more” on either page, nothing happens if you are on the homepage & if you are on the blog page than you are redirected to the homepage.

    I am completely stumped at this point why the posts are not loading. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    If I use the recent post widget in my sidebar & show 5 posts, same thing happens. If you mouse over the link it wants to take you to the sites homepage.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    It is definitely theme specific. I did not deactive any plugins until now but nothing changed. I have already tested twenty ten & twenty eleven. Both work fine. If I switch to the original downloaded theme from templatemonster or to my customized theme using templatemonster I have the same issue of the read more not loading anything. So something is funky. I am going to keep looking into it.

    It was a permalink issue. This is now resolved.
