Blog links appearing at bottom of page!

I’ve managed to switch my theme over to Mantra. At present I’m trying to get my blog page back to normal. It looked OK when I transferred it over except I was getting blog post and comment links on the right of every page. The Home was set to static and blog page to blog (a sister page to a page called (Blog pages). I set the template to one column no sidebar on all the pages except the blog page. That did it for for the other pages, but on the blog page the blog links (comments, posts, archive, register) appear at the bottom of all the comments, instead of the side bar. I’ve tried setting the blog page to two columns, sidebar right and to Blog template, to no avail. Help!!
