• In the Mission News support center, it mentions that going to Personalize > Layout > Blog should allow you to select Simple or Double layouts. Simple being blog posts one after the other, and Double being 1 large post and underneath it smaller, double-columned posts.

However, for me going to Personalize > Layout > Blog only allows me to add or remove sidebars – not at all what should be under these options, judging by the theme documentation.

How do I add that 2-column layout under the first blog post?

    Thanks for using Mission News!

The layout options have been expanded a lot, so we’ll need to update those screenshots. In the Layout > Blog section, you should see these 10 options for controlling the layout of the page when viewing the blog: https://screenshot.competethemes.com/BluBzPdy

If you visit the Layout > Post Previews section, you will see these four options including the “simple” and “double” options that change the display of the posts within the center column on the blog: https://screenshot.competethemes.com/kpuYlv89
