Blog Is Taking Over A Minute To Load

I did a search, before posting, but couldn’t find any info to help; here’s my situation…I am using WordPress 3.4.1 and my host is Startlogic. Up until about 3 weeks ago, I’ve not had any problems with load speed, now suddenly, it’s taking a minute or more, just for the homepage to come up (https://ultimatetwang.com/blog/). I’ve deactivated several plugins that I had started using, I’ve also done what Startlogic said to do (optimize the files and use a cache plugin; neither helped). The home page seems to be the worst, as when I go to the other pages, at least from the dashboard, they load up, okay. Any ideas? Thanks.
