Blog is redirecting strange

I found something I have never seen.

My blog resides here. https://Www.c4-design.com/blog

But when you go to the read more link it redirects to here

https://www.c4-design.com/freelanceswitch-freelance-jobs-freelance-forum-directory/#more-261

I did get a bunch of spam before I added the anti spam plugin but why would it include freelance switch in the URL?
