Let me try to be clearer…

This domain has been promoted by having links to it in a was that I have used a number of times to get sites into google.

But, google has not spidered this site the way it normally would.

I’m wondering if something about the way a blog is “fed” onto a domain (RSS?) might mean that it will not be picked up by google.
Does the question now make sense?

google has been really slow in the recent months to add new sites to its index. perhaps you just need to give it sometime.

unless the domain is blocked, it wont take long before its indexed. but proper and regular indexing would generally happen only after 6 months or so…

    Sandbox effect…

Folks – I don’t think the “be patient” advice is on-track here since I’ve used these same techniques for launching domains before and this is the first one that does not get included. i think it has something to do with having a blog as the site….

I inquired of my hoster and they said that since wordpress does not automatically include meta tags, the site will not get googled. Isn’t this nonsense?

Look at the info that google provides – https://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2005-28,GGLG:en&q=homeschoolonline%2Eorg – you’ll see that while the sites that link to https://www.homeschoolonline.org are being spidered regularly and the words – https://www.homeschoolonline.org – is being picked-up, they are not being picked up as links.

Also, what is this site? https://feeds.technorati.com/feed/posts/tag/language+
