• I have a new blog which started with the version before 3.1.

I just updated to 3.1 and now I can’t get to the blog website–it just keeps saying “waiting for https://blog.mormonletters.org/…” at the bottom of the window.

I backed up the phpMyAdmin database as instructed on the WordPress website.

    What do I do now?

    Help, please?

I have tried the suggestions give in the “blog disappeared” topic.

I deactivated the only plug-in that was active, BlogML Importer, and now it says “Website found. Waiting for reply…” over and over and over again.

We are using the Twenty Ten 1.2 Theme.

    Still “waiting for reply…”

    Spam comments are getting through.

I have reinstalled 3.1 twice now, and the blog is still not loading.

I am not having fun, and am considering banging my head on my desk because I did this in the middle of the day instead of at night.

    HELP????!!!!!!

I have been using MSIE 8, so I tried opening the blog.mormonletters.org page in Firefox and got this error message:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!

So I’ve tried to open it in Oracle, and gotten this error message:

This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at https://blog.mormonletters.org/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

    How do I fix it?
