Blog in two languages

Hi all,

I have to develop two blogs one in English and one in Spanish for my client.

Can I do it with the same domain name like https://www.someblog.com (would be English) and https://www.someblog.com/spanish(would be the Spanish blog. How can I install wp twice on the same domain? Will I have to install even if they both reside on the same server? Please help.
