Blog IDs in the Admin bar

Dear WP users,

coding with network WP often requires one to be able to find out the blog ID one is working on at the moment. Although there are many ways to get the ID, I was wondering if WP could include the IDs (or maybe someone knows of a plugin that does this) into the drop down menu of ‘My Sites’ in the Admin bar. Instead of the WP icon, could we imagine the ID being displayed?
