[Blog] How can I add Blogpost likes ?

Hello,

Currently, the only way to interact with my blogposts is via comments.

On wordpress.com people have the ability to like your posts.
Is it possible to add this feature in this theme? Since I moved from wordpress.com to a self-hosted website, I would like to transfer the likes that I accumulated.
