  • Ooops, I meant to say 24hr. phone support.I don’t dig that e-mail and submit ticket stuff.When something happens to my site I need to talk to somebody right this moment… lol.That’s just me.Liquidweb has 24 phone support and it’s not outsourced either.

    I agree, 24-hour phone support is good. I don’t have that with my current host, but I can prefer email; I have to submit a ticket, but I can do it anytime. That said, I sometimes get fairly quick answers, and sometimes I don’t. In fact, I’m waiting right now to find out why my email has been down for over four days.

    I really like how my host has domains set up to work, and I like their control panel. I like cPanel, but I like my current setup much better. I also had a better setup with a previous host, but that host was much more expensive, and you had to email the host for almost everything you want to do–setting up subdomains, new email accounts, etc. That host has said for years they were going to get a better control panel so users can do that stuff, but they still haven’t. I don’t like setting up domains like maindomain.com/additionaldomain1.com and maindomain.com/additionaldomain2.com, etc., where everything is a subdomain of the main domain. So, I’m staying with my current host for a while, to see how it goes. I like a lot of things about them; but I also don’t like a lot of things about them.
