blog gone wonky

Help please. I haven’t changed any code in weeks. All of a sudden my blog has gone all wonky and I get the following when I try to get to my wordpress edit interface:

This happened all of a sudden with my comments, when people try to leave comments but if you just leave it and exit out it records the comments. I’m not sure how to get around this in my wordpress interface though. I’ve tried refreshing, but it doesn’t work. My blog is located at https://www.amommysdaze.com
