Blog go to 404 page after submitting comment on main page

    When somebody submit a comment on the main page of my blog it goes to the 404 page, but if you then go back to the main page and refresh the comment that was submitted is in fact there. Thus the comment gets posted but the site does not successfully redirect back to the main page. If you submit a comment at any of the posts it works perfectly without a problem.
