  • Hello,

    I’ve been working hard creating a fashion blog– fabfashionbuys.com [adcopy removed]

    I’m using the Autofocus theme–which is really meant for a photo blog. I love how it looks, but I’m having a hard time modifying the theme for sidebars and some other details to give the site a little of a magazine vibe.

    Right now, it looks too much like a portfolio, but I think a few horizontal lines and some text would help.

    I’m wondering if I should chuck the whole thing and go with another theme? Would love some feedback.

    Good effort.

    I think the idea behind the site is pretty good, if you can find a theme that better suits what you desire, it should make it easier for you to make it fit exactly what you want.

    I like the panelled look to the site and once finalised it could look stunning, maybe you could try make it a full screen site, maybe horizontal scrolling, just to make it stand out more.
