Blog Feed Not Blocked

I have blocking turned on for pages and posts, but when I go to my main Blog listing it still shows the posts. How can I block that page?

I have my homepage set to a page called ‘home’ and my blog page set to a page called ‘news’ – It’s the ‘news’ page that is still showing content…
