Blog Feed Incorrect

I run many sites for different clients. Each site uses a different theme. I recently installed the latest WordPress update that included 4.4 “Clifford.” After I did that I noticed 2 problems:

1. All my blog feeds are incorrect. The first page displays normally, but when I click to the second page, third page, etc. it only displays the posts that are on the first page.

2. The shortlink button is no longer included in the post/page editor.

Any suggestions, WP??
