    For a custom post type, I would like to expand the features of my blog. So I wonder…

    – if it is possible to place a select option button to mark my comment to that blog post article as private, so only the post author can see my comment in the backend? So the person who places the comment, has the option of making his comment public or not.
    – if it is possible to set a custom field for email notification. The idea is that I can determine who’s going to receive email notifications of that specific blog post.
    – if it is possible to make every blog post accessible in the backend per user.

    Almost anything is possible with custom coding. Only limited by the limitations of PHP and JavaScript, which are few. It’s possible some plugins exist for certain features so you don’t need to code everything. I don’t see any reason any of your proposed features could not be custom coded.
