Blog doesn’t display when I open a new Browser, I have to refresh first

  • I have my blog https://www.billyconway.com/blog set as my homepage so that when I open a new browser it will come up. When I open a new browser window it does not display. I get the typical “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. I have to refresh the Browser before my blog whill show up. I am using Internet Explorer version 7.0 at home on Vista but having the same problem with IE version 6 at work on XP.

  • Not seeing that problem with either IE v6.0 or Firefox.

    I don’t see any problems, are you sure it is not some sort of issue with security/ant-virus software, browser settings, or a firewall?

    If not, something weird may be going on with a cache or redirect plugin. Disable your plugins and see if the problem continues. Also try clearing your browser cache and history.

    Additionally, you have serious code errors (unclosed div tags) that need to be fixed.

    everyone is having this problem its been like this for months now…still no reply on how to fix it
