Blog disappeared after editing config.php

I tried to install another blog aside from my main one using the single database method, but I spaced out and didn’t copy config.php to the directory I wanted my second blog to be in. So basically I ran the installation again on my main site, and my main blog disappeared. I deleted the tables of the second blog to see if the main one came back but no luck. Via ftp I can see the files from my main blog are there, I just don’t know how to set it back. If I go to my site, a message saying that I haven’t installed WP appears. Any suggestions?
