Blog Cut in Half

I’ve been having a problem with my blog wherein the site loads with the top portion (header, half of latest post) cut off without a way to scroll up.

I used a validation error tool and found these:

Error Line 127, Column 172: Bad value category for attribute rel on element a: Keyword category is not registered.

I’m not sure if these are the source of the problems. If they are, I have no clue how to fix them.

I am using the Twenty-Eleven Child 1.0 theme
