Blog Copier and WordPress MU Domain Mapping

Hello,
for a customer I want to duplicte the whole blog and I think BlogCopier does exactly that. But the domains both should be top-domains i.e the first one is https://www.example.de and the second one should be https://www.test.de and not https://www.example.de/test.de. For that, I installed WordPress MU Domain Mapping. Do they work together? Is it possible to duplicate test.de again and get i.e https://www.dummy.deOtti
