Please go to your Theme Customizer -> Additional css -> paste the following code there.

I don’t understand, should I put an image of this size in my wordpress avatar?

And one more question, on the blog page I want to change the read more button to the respective word in Portuguese, as on the home page. And also wanted to know if it is possible to open the button in a new tab
